Many Houston area neighborhoods have developed their own special identity – through the people that live there, the businesses that flourish there, the cultural events presented there. But neighborhoods change over time, and so that personality may not be what it was ten years ago, or what it will be ten years from now.

We learn a little more about River Oaks, and explore how, if at all, the personality of the neighborhood has changed in recent years, or might change in the years to come.
