We're not the only new kids in town. Last night, the fourth Ruggles Green restaurant opened in the Heights. A new restaurant opening up – especially in Houston – the land of Tex-Mex, barbeque, and what seems like a thousand steakhouses – is hardly a big deal. But this local chain is quick to tout its environmentally-friendly approach to dining, and it even claims a desire to be the greenest restaurant in the world. Is that ambitious, or simply crazy?
