On this episode of Encore Houston, we celebrate one of the great American composers of the 20th century: Charles Ives. This concert from Da Camera features violinist Stefan Jackiw and pianist Jeremy Denk with members of the Houston Chamber Choir, performing Ives’ four violin sonatas and a variety of traditional American songs that inspired those pieces.
