Houston Entrepreneur Is Cutting into the Shortage of Protective Gear for Female Workers

Jane Henry got the idea for her new company when working on her house after Harvey.

Jane Henry founded “See Her Work” when she realized there is not much personal protective equipment designed for women.

Personal protective equipment, PPE, is important for people who work jobs in construction or oil extraction, for example.

As it turns out, there are not many products that are designed for women – and that can be a safety issue.

Houston resident Jane Henry realized that when she was rebuilding her house after Harvey. Shortly after, she founded See Her Work. The company focuses exclusively on PPE for women.
