Students at the University of Houston designed and installed six artistic installations along the Buffalo Bayou’s east sector.

The project was called Encounter: Meeting Points on Buffalo Bayou.

The site-specific artworks were intended to foster public engagement and conversation about evolving plans to expand Buffalo Bayou Park east of downtown Houston. Some of the installations were recently taken down, but you can still see them all by watching the story.
