But what about those who have no other choice but bikes to get around? We learn about these so-called “invisible cyclists” and how they fit into the city’s new bike plan.

We hear from Andrew Keatts from Rice’s Kinder Institute for Urban Research, who says most cyclists aren’t urban hipsters.
