As Houstonians hit the road in a couple weeks to travel in and out of town, visiting family and friends over Thanksgiving, this seems like an excellent time to be reminded of some of the rules of the road on Houstonâs highways and byways. Itâs an especially good time to freshen up on what to do and what not to do as law enforcement steps up patrols for the holiday season.
