Election Day is finally here, and Texas is home to several high-profile races, including the Senate race between Republican incumbent Ted Cruz and Democrat Beto O'Rourke. There are also multiple Congressional seats up for grabs, a governor's race, and local ballot measures. As voters head to the polls and results start to come in, our reporters in the field have been sending back photos that provide a snapshot of Houston on Election Day.
