Super Tuesday is just days away (March 1, 2016). Voters will go to the polls in the Texas primary to cast their votes for presidential nominees, congressional races and many more. But who’s likely to win their races? And what’s on voters’ minds in Greater Houston heading into Election Day?

Houston Public Media and the Hobby Center for Public Policy at the University of Houston have conducted their first statewide election poll, examining the GOP presidential race here in Texas ahead of Super Tuesday.

To unveil the findings, we talk with the co-directors of the poll: University of Houston political science professor Richard Murray, who directs the Survey Research Institute at UH, and Hobby Center for Public Policy research associate Bob Stein.
