In a surprising turn of events, a Harris County grand jury — convened to investigate whether Houston-based Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast sold fetal tissue — declined Monday to take any action against the women’s health service provider. Instead it indicted the undercover videographers behind those allegations.

We talk with News 88.7 health and science reporter Carrie Feibel about those allegations dismissed by the grand jury and their impact on Planned Parenthood.

We then discuss the indictments against the folks behind the sting videos recorded last April with former federal prosecutor turned criminal defense attorney Philip Hilder, founder of Hilder & Associates in Houston.
