Ahh the sweet caress of sleep. It's where our bodies recharge and our minds defragment. Of course, we all know we're supposed to get eight hours of sleep a night. But too often we're forced to live by the philosophy of "I'll sleep when I'm dead," squeezing in four hours here, a power nap there, just to get by.

Or worse still — maybe we're trying to get a good night's rest but sleep just doesn't come or is interrupted by all manner of distractions and disorders.

On this edition of Houston Matters...sweet...blissful...sleep. Well, at least, our experts will answer your questions about sleep and sleep disorders and hopefully help you get some quality shut-eye...but hopefully not till the show's over, ok?

Also this hour: How to find the right community of faith here in Houston. And we visit an exhibit of sculptures made from recycled materials.
