Today is World AIDS Day, and this year marks the 25th anniversary of Harris Health System’s Thomas Street Health Center, which meets the medical, psychological and social needs of Houstonians diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Thomas Street was the nation’s first free-standing HIV/AIDS treatment facility.
