How do we ensure, in 2014 Houston, we use technological gadgets and gizmos as tools to make our lives better, rather than distractions that keep us from living our lives?

We discuss the effect so much technology so completely ensconced in our lives is having on us, and what we can do to make sure it works for us, and not against us.
