Each Thursday between now and October 1st, Houston Matters is devoting some time to offering you a chance to get questions answered, as to what may be the biggest change in health care in America since Medicare begins in earnest. We were joined by Jo Middleton, an insurance broker with TradeMark Insurance Agency LLC specializing in individual health insurance policies and Vivian Ho, professor at the James A. Baker III Institute Chair in Health Economics.
