City Crime Lab Update

Mayor Sylvester Turner recently addressed a reported number of rape kits that have gone untested. This isn't the first time there's been such a backlog at the Houston Forensic Science Center. Houston Matters' Maggie Martin talks with Dr. Peter Stout, chief operating officer and vice president of the Houston Forensic Science Center about the backlog and discussions about partnering with the county crime lab.
