On this edition of Houston Matters, we discuss the Offshore Technology Conference and what it means for those of us who don’t work in oil and gas. We welcome your questions for Tom Holley, Director of the Petroleum Engineering Program at the University of Houston Cullen College of Engineering. We speak with Rich Arnhardt, Regional Director for the Texas General Land Office Oil Spill Prevention and Response Division.
