Attendees will discuss new international shipping routes and the expansion of offshore projects around the world. Organizers say Houston – home to one of the largest ports in the United States – is a natural fit to host this conference. On Friday’s Houston Matters, we discuss what the shipping industry means to Greater Houston’s economy, and what challenges the industry faces as our community continues to grow.
