Close to half of Greater Houston's kids are children of at least one foreign-born parent. That's just one of the takeaways from a new report just out from the Migration Policy Institute. The report also finds that Houston's immigrant population is growing, rapidly...and it's becoming more diverse.

This is the second time the non-partisan group has examined Houston's immigrant population in recent years. Randy Capps is co-author of the report.
