On Monday’s Houston Matters: The Dallas County District Attorney’s Office is launching its own investigation to find out why a Dallas police officer shot and killed a man in his apartment. That police officer was arrested on manslaughter charges Sunday. As we follow developments, we consider why this case is significant.
