A Year After Harvey, Many Still Struggle to Recover

A new report says a significant number of Texans are still struggling the recover nearly a year after Harvey.

The Episcopal Health Foundation and Kaiser Family Foundation surveyed 1,600 residents from two dozen of the hardest-hit Texas counties for this latest snapshot of how counties are faring.
