A Facebook search for El Tiempo Cantina yields no matching results. The chain appears to have deleted its online presence following backlash over a visit from U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
El Tiempo cannot be found on Instagram or Twitter, either.
The restaurant posted a photo of Sessions and co-owner Roland Laurenzo, calling the visit an “honor.” Commenters condemned the post almost immediately, with some calling for a boycott of the chain.

Sessions was in town to speak with local federal prosecutors on immigration enforcement.
“The posting of a photograph of the Attorney General at one of our restaurants does not represent us supporting his positions,” Laurenzo reportedly wrote in a now-deleted follow-up post. He claimed Secret Service agents approached the restaurant about serving an unnamed government official, leaving staff unaware Sessions would be dining there “until he walked through the door.”
After deleting the chain’s social media accounts, Laurenzo told ABC13, “People are insulting us in such a dramatic fashion, and we feel like we don’t deserve it.”
