George H. W. Bush continues recovering in Maine and is in “good spirits,” according to Bush family spokesman Jim McGrath, who tweeted about the former President’s condition on Wednesday.

Bush, who is 93 years-old, was taken to a hospital last Sunday after he experienced low blood pressure and fatigue.

McGrath said on Twitter that the doctors who are treating Bush at a southern Maine hospital are treating his blood pressure and that is expected to “take several more days.”

Bush arrived for the summer in Maine on May 20 without his wife of 73 years, Barbara Bush, who died in April in Houston.
