
Chevron Phillips has reportedly issued an all clear after an incident at its facility in Baytown.
An "upset unit" incident occurred at the facility at around 11 last night, according to the East Harris County Manufacturers Association website.An all clear was given just before midnight.The alert said that flames, flaring, noise, sirens and smoke were noticeable during the incident.

The company hasn't released any additional information about the incident.
