Does anyone use Snapchat anymore?

It sounds like a simple question, but when pop celebrity Kylie Jenner asked it, her tweet wiped $1.3 billion off the market value of one of the nation's biggest social media companies. After a week-long skid on Wall Street, amid stories that the app is fading in the U.S., the company claims its far from capitulating.

Digital savant Omar Gallaga of the Austin American-Statesman's 512 Tech says Snapchat has been taking to steps to redesign the app to make it more accessible for new users – and that might be why some long-time users are walking away.
