As always, it’s been a busy, busy year on Houston’s roads and public transit. Hurricane Harvey shut down roads and left them littered with debris. And, as if that wasn’t enough of a challenge, the city hosted both the Super Bowl and the World Series in the same year, moving thousands of people on roads, buses and light rail. And, of course, 290 is still under construction — along with plenty of other roads and highways.
