As always, it’s been a busy, busy year on Houston’s roads and public transit. Hurricane Harvey shut down roads and left them littered with debris. And, as if that wasn’t enough of a challenge, the city hosted both the Super Bowl and the World Series in the same year, moving thousands of people on roads, buses and light rail.
