Texas Tribune reporter Morgan Smith has been tracking what agencies like FEMA and the Small Business Administration have been spending on Harvey relief so far.

Hurricane Harvey dropped record rainfall on Houston neighborhoods like this one, near Addicks Reservoir.

Since Harvey hit, we’ve heard a lot of questions about where money raised for the relief effort would be spent – along with where state and federal recovery funds would go.

The Tribune recently released its second report card, and Houston Matters producer Michael Hagerty went through some of the figures with reporter Morgan Smith.
