As Greater Houston continues to recover from Harvey, residents and developers are considering how to rebuild to avoid a potential repeat in the future.

We talk with Sam Brody, director of the Center for Texas Beaches and Shores (CTBS) Department of Marine Sciences at Texas A&M University at Galveston. He lays out what rebuilding Houston could look like post-Harvey.
