Franklin Weakens To A Tropical Storm After Making Landfall In Mexico As A Hurricane

The first Atlantic hurricane of the season has now weakened to a tropical storm after making landfall in Mexico late Wednesday evening.

After being declared the first Atlantic hurricane of the season Wednesday evening, Franklin has now weakened to a tropical storm as it moves inland after making landfall in Mexico.
