Astros Show They Can Still Score With 9th-Inning Comeback

Houston Matters producer Michael Hagerty and host Craig Cohen discuss the latest Houston sports stories.

The Astros put up four runs in the bottom of the ninth inning Sunday (Aug. 6, 2017) to stun the Toronto Blue Jays 7-6, showing the team can still put up big numbers (and in dramatic fashion sometimes) despite playing without George Springer or Carlos Correa at the moment.  Plus, the Texans got training camp underway and already have a significant injury — receiver Will Fuller will miss two-to-three months with a broken collarbone.

Houston Matters senior producer, Michael Hagerty and host Craig Cohen discuss those and other developments in Houston sports.
