Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s Trial Dates Set

The first trial for Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is expected to last 9 – 11 days.

A Harris County judge has set a date for the first of two trials for Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

Paxton’s first trial will deal only with charge of his failure to register as an investment adviser representative.

The second trial, for other charges, to be set later. If convicted on all counts, Paxton faces 99 yrs in prison.
