With ongoing news about Russian hacking, it's no surprise that cyber security is top of mind for many companies.

A report by Houston-based Deloitte confirms that. But it also finds companies could do more to improve their cyber defense.

Adnan Amjad is Deloitte's cyber threat risk management leader.
