Sports Monday

Tonight (May 1, 2017), the Rockets are in San Antonio to begin the “I-10 Series,” which is what some are calling their NBA Playoff series against the Spurs. Plus, the Texans traded up in the NFL Draft to get a quarterback. And the Texas Rangers come to town for four games against the Astros starting Monday. Can the Astros beat the Ranger this year? We discuss those and other developments in Houston sports with Jeff Balke, who writes for Houston Press and Houstonia Magazine.

Houston Matters offers a free daily, downloadable podcast here, on iTunes, Stitcher and various other podcasting apps.
