Just when we thought winter was over, residents of the Northeast United States were hit with sleet and heavy snow Tuesday morning. The storm, dubbed “Winter Storm Stella,” incapacitated most of the Washington to Boston corridor, dropping one to two feet of snow in some areas. In addition, more than 6,000 flights have been grounded while close to a quarter million homes have been left without power.
