No long lines and calmness were prevalent at the George and Cynthia Woods Mitchell Library, one of the polling places located in The Woodlands area.
The parking lot was full of election signs, both for the presidential campaign and for local races, such as The Woodlands Township Board.
There were supporters for both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump and they all were in a good mood and respectful with each other.
Several voters underlined they wanted the election to be over because the campaign has been long and intense, and agreed this is a historic election for the United States.
