At the Karachi airport and ready to board back West, Laura Isensee reflects on her visit to Pakistan as a journalist.

Pakistan is seen as very black and white, Laura says, but it’s all about the grey in between extremism and progress. There is also a collective effort to create positive change, which leaves her feeling optimistic for the country.
