We learn more about it from two of the institute’s researchers: Kelsey Walker and Kyle Shelton.

The researchers spent a lot of time digging through Harris County Appraisal District records. We find out what they were looking for, what they found, what areas of town are seeing the most demolition and new construction — and what it all means.
