Nicole Baldwin created a line of skincare products while deployed for 22 months in Iraq and Afghanistan. She was a unit supply specialist, getting soldiers what they required, from uniforms to medicine. On her return to civilian life, Baldwin pitched the products she created to “Shark Tank,” but was unsuccessful.

However, she recently won investment dollars for her Houston-based company at the Veterans Business Battle here in Houston.

On this morning’s Bauer Business Focus, Nicole Baldwin talks with News 88.7 business reporter Ed Mayberry about returning to civilian life and getting her company off the ground.
