Rezik Saqer was arrested late Tuesday night by the Drug Enforcement Agency Diversion Investigation Unit and the Conroe Police Department, along with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and the Montgomery County Constables Office.
The law enforcement agencies will hold a joint press conference at 2 p.m. today to discuss the investigation and arrest.
