One of the few things many people in a neighborhood can agree upon is parks. But, in Clear Lake, the details on how to redevelop one park has drawn strong opposition from some long-time residents.

The local water authority wants to turn a former golf course into a park that will also mitigate flooding. But a group of homeowners want to keep it just the way it is.
