The low price of oil has triggered a wave of bankruptcies among small and midsized energy firms. Houston alone has had three file for Chapter 11 protection this month — Cal Dive International, BPZ Resources, and Dune Energy. W. Marc Schwartz is managing director of HSSK, a firm that advises companies going through bankruptcy. He joins Andrew Schneider on the Bauer Business Focus.
