Ireland’s Taoiseach, or Prime Minister, Enda Kenny, just visited Austin to open his country’s newest consulate. The stop was part of a Saint Patrick’s Day trade mission to the U.S. by several high ranking Irish government ministers. News 88.7 business reporter Andrew Schneider spoke with Paul Kehoe, the government’s chief whip, who led a delegation to Houston.
