Video: Bicycle Master Plan For Houston

City aims to making cycling safer, more accessible for area riders.

It’s been twenty years since the City of Houston has updated its bicycling master plan, but plans are underway to change that by 2016.

By updating the plan, officials hope Houstonians will consider biking as a viable alternative to driving a vehicle.
