The Flash Flood Warning ended and things are clearing up. Even so, what weather conditions should we expect through the evening?

“We’re going to continue to get some steady rain,” says Francisco Sanchez, the liaison at Harris County Homeland Security & Emergency Management. “We’ll probably get additional heavy rounds on the southeast side of Harris County, so we’ll have to watch that. But by this evening it should dissipate. The biggest concern right now is making sure folks are aware of the forecast before they go out and give themselves plenty of time.”

The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for southeastern Texas: southeastern Harris County, Galveston County and Central Brazoria County until 3:00pm Thursday.
