Michelle Michot Foss On The Outlook For Energy Markets In 2015

The price of crude oil has fallen by nearly 50 percent since June. That’s a relief to consumers, who are getting a big break when they gas up their cars. But it’s also leading to layoffs across Texas as drilling rigs shut down. Michelle Michot Foss is chief energy economist at the University of Texas’ Bureau of Economic Geology, based in Houston. She joins Andrew Schneider on the Bauer Business Focus.
