Then, we talk with Keith Rosen, Professor of History and Political Science at Houston Community College, and owner of Houston Historical Tours about the history of the East End, and Susan Rogers, Assistant Professor of Architecture and Director of the Community Design Resource Center at the University of Houston, about her involvement in long-term planning for the neighborhood.
