The coal-fired W.A. Parish power plant in Fort Bend County is one of the nation’s biggest producers of carbon dioxide. This week, NRG began construction of a facility to capture most of the CO2 before it can escape into the atmosphere and contribute to climate change. Arun Banskota is president and CEO of Petra Nova, NRG’s wholly owned carbon capture business. He joins Andrew Schneider on this week’s “Bauer Business Focus.”
