The Panama Canal Authority expects to complete work on a new set of locks by January 2016. Once it does, the canal will be able to handle far larger cargo ships from Asia, and Houston is hoping to capture much of the increase in trade. Robert Sakowitz is president and CEO of Hazak Corporation. He joins Andrew Schneider on this week’s “Bauer Business Focus.”
