The Department of Energy sponsors a yearly business plan competition to encourage the development of clean energy technologies. This year’s top prize went to a University of Houston team for its plan to recycle rare earth elements. Casey McNeill is CEO of REEcycle, and he joins Andrew Schneider on this week’s “Bauer Business Focus.”
