The Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County will hold its annual vigil honoring the homeless individuals in Greater Houston who passed away over the past year. The event is Friday, Dec. 20. There’s a meal for the homeless at 5 p.m. followed by the vigil at 6 p.m. at City Hall, located at 901 Bagby. We hear from one of the event’s organizers.
