Bauer Business Focus: David Tiede on the Texas Lemon Law

This month marks the thirtieth anniversary of the Texas Lemon Law. The law allows car or truck buyers to obtain relief from manufacturers when their new vehicle proves defective. Joining Andrew Schneider to discuss the Lemon Law on this week’s Bauer Business Focus is David Tiede, who heads the Texas Consumer Complaint Center at the University of Houston Law Center.
